Use skim milk

Kefir grains are of excellent quality. We will definitely order from Happy Herbalist again.. (A little tip to help prospective buyers: we started our kefir grains in raw milk. It has a lot of cream in it, which made it almost impossible to strain out the grains, so skim cream off first. (Or use organic skim milk.)

As I have never made Kefir I found the e-book to be missing important 411 throughout the transition from one step to the next. A video would help IF each step is thoroughly explained
