This beautifully presented book is a comprehensive look into the world of Kefir. This book is essential to give you all the knowledge to produce fresh and healthy Kefir on a continuous basis. It has a comprehensive Recipe and Beauty section as to explore the many uses of Kefir. Also included in this book is a troubleshooting section for any problems that you may encounter. It was written by an Australian author, Debra Norman. Debra has had extensive experience with the Kefir Culture for many years and a lifetime of literary experience. The Kefir book is sold separately and as an integral part of The Customer Starter Pack. (Kefir Dried Grains, sold separately). We no longer sell their dried grains.  We feel the Dried Grains that are promoted by this book (and other companies) are not as good or as healthy as real LIVE Kefir Grains. These dried grains do not grow and multiply. They are "neutered" in a sense and although they do consistently and reliably continue to produce Kefir, and they are more convenient and do not require straing to remove the live grains,  they diminish quickly over a few cycles leaving the customer having to continuously buy more packages.
