Shipping, Return , Refund & Contact Information Policy

 If your order has not shipped or confirmed shipment then we will cancel and refund in full

If you order has already been shipped, its too late to cancel the order you can either refuse the shipment (without opening) or initiate a return, using the form below.  Once the item has been returned we will begin the process for the purchase price to be refunded.

For a record of your orders or to request a refund, or exchange please sign into your account using your email and password. Our Log in is at the upper Right the FACE Icon to the right of the search magnifying  glass  and next to the gift box. 

 If you have signed in as a guest or forgot your account login then you can also use this form.

 This is the form that you acknowledge on checkout that you have read and understand our policy on shipping and refunds and on communications between you and HappyHerbalist.com  via email and, or text message regarding shipping  or tracking, or any of our products and services and that we may communicate with you via email or text from the information you have provided. If you have any questions and concerns please use this form below. 

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products you may return for a full purchase price refund or credit within 30 days after date of shipping by notifying us using this form.  We do not pay for shipping Items must be received in a good, sellable condition. and not damaged in any way. We do recommend items to be returned with a Tracking number and insured. 

EXCEPTIONS: PROBIOTICS (Kombucha, Jun, Ginger Beer, Water Crystals, Japanese Water Crystals, Milk Kefir, Water kefir, Caspian Sea Yogurt)

There are many dishonest people that try to take advantage of small businesses and have us send replacement after replacement, which is why we've had to amend our policies. Sometimes instructions may be confusing or people are unsure if it is working or not. Probiotics are a learning process that we would like to help each and every one of our customers with. Unfortunately we can't send a replacement without knowing your steps and attempting to help you through this. Sending us a picture via text (919-518-3336) is most helpful.

Please contact us first using this form before tossing or giving up on your ferment. We will help you set up and establish your probiotic. After discussing the probiotic, the process, and potential changes to get the most out of your probiotic, if your reasonable expectations have still not been met, we offer a full refund (including shipping) or Free Replacement with no need to return the probiotic. If you receive our probiotic and have not used it, you can complete this form and return for a full refund--in this case, we do not pay for any shipping.  

Items damaged in shipment

it may be necessary for the shipping company to do a physical inspection - to make sure we properly packaged the item. Please notify us immediately and be sure to fill out the form below. Please include pictures of the damage, the package as received, and the wrapping. We will notify the shipper and start the claim process. We will ship a new item out immediately after the claim process has started. No need to wait. However we do ask that in cases like these that you have the items, including all packaging,  available for their inspection. Broken or damaged items may - or may not -  have to be returned. 

Shipments outside of the United States

HappyHerbalist is not responsible for any Custom Fees or Duties. Nor do we guarantee that our products will be acceptable to other countries. Transit times are subject to the carrier and we are not responsible for time to deliver. Items returned as non-deliverable or for any reason shipping charges will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a deliverable address. Return policy is the same as stated above with the exception that you have 30 days from the time the item has been delivered to be returned. 

 Shipping Information

Insured Shipping:  

First class postage (domestic and International)  are not insured. Shipped at your own risk.

USPS Priority Mail is insured to $25.00 

UPS shipping is insured but limits vary. 

3 rd party insurance against loss or damage may be available  and will typically offer full refund or re-shipping. If you item is damaged or lost in shipping please report to us and you must file a claim with the 3 rd party insurance. 

HappyHerbalist.com does not provide any insurance and our purchase agreement in complete when we furnish proof of shipping as in a Tracking number. 

 Order updates, Shipping, Product and Tracking information will be emailed or texted to the the email/number provided.

 Changes to the Shipping Address Provided, requested time to ship, or other concerns must be submitted using this form.

 We'll consider shipping as designated on your order form BUT we may choose any other forms of delievery at our discretion.

We do not guarantee transits times and acknowledge that since advent of COVID all delivery systems have been slow. Often slower than their stated delievery expectations. We ask that you take this into consideration before you purchase.

Orders canceled prior to shipping will be given a full refund or store credit as requested. Refunds will go back to your credit provider and they may take time as per your agreement with them. We will rprocess refunds within 24 hours of receiving this form. 

Orders Canceled after item has shipped will be refunded full purchase price not including shipping fees once the item has been returned.

Orders that have been shipped to the address as provided by the customer and returned or marked as refused, will be refunded their full purchase price less shipping charges. 

Orders marked as delivered (by the carrier) but not acknowledged /received by the customer, it is the customers obligation to contact the carrier.
