Very readable and made understanding easy.

This my first exposure to this type of product but I found it easy to understand the directions. I feel that it has a positive effect on my health and most important a small class before bed and I sleep very soundly. Good Product, good company you wont be disappointed.

When I first received my order, I was unsure because the amount of kefir grains was tiny - maybe half a tsp. But apparently they were heathy and multiplied quickly. I’ve only had them for 2 weeks but they’re multiplying faster than I can use them. And they’re very easy to grow.

I have to admit, reading instructions is a bit more challenging than seeing & hearing a "video." I have 4 jars of milk kefir in different stages of "ripness," and none that I have been happy with yet. I hope we can talk next week.

They are quite tiny compared to ones I’ve had in the past and don’t seem to be getting bigger but they certainly make the kefir very well especially with this warm weather.
