Carbonation Without a Second Fermentation
Want bubbles without relying on a second fermentation and bottling? Force carbonation lets you add COâ‚‚ directly rather than using additional fermentation to create fizz.
This can help you avoid the additional alcohol that may develop during a second fermentation. It does not remove alcohol already present or stop ongoing fermentation. Keep fermented drinks refrigerated and follow the equipment’s pressure limits.
Recommended Option: COâ‚‚ Tank Adapter
Connect your mini keg to a larger COâ‚‚ tank using the optional 5/16-inch gas-in barb adapter and a compatible regulated gas line. The gas line is not included.
Force carbonate from your larger tank, then switch to the mini COâ‚‚ regulator for portable serving.
