This stainless steel, super-sized tea infuser is well suited for preparing large batches of full leaf loose leaf tea. When brewing fine loose leaf tea is critical that each leaf has the capacity absorb as much pure water as possible and to fully expand, thereby releasing their full potential of oils and taste.

You can also place pieces of fruit, herbs and spices when infusing your Water Crystals, Ginger Beer Plant or Kombucha. Leaves a cleaner clearer brew.

NOTE: this is not good to use with fine powdered tea or finely powdered spices

Great for Kefir, Water Crystals, Ginger Beer, and Kombucha primary and secondary ferments (not intended to enclose the SCOBY).

note: the 4 and 5 inch Do NOT fit into a Large mouth Mason Jar.
