If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products simply return for a full purchase price refund or credit. We do not pay for return shipping.
Items must be received in a good usable condition. No re-stocking fees are charged, but damaged items do not quality for full refunds.
NOTE: If the item was damaged in shipment, it may be necessary for the shipping company to do a physical inspection - to make sure we properly packaged the item. Please notify us immediately and be sure to fill out the form below. We will notify the shipper and start the claim process. We will ship a new item out immediately after the claim process has started. No need to wait. However we do ask, that in cases like these, that you have the item available for their inspection. Broken or damaged items may not have to be returned.
Shipments outside of the United States. Shipping charges do not include any Custom Fees or Duties. Those fee's are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nor do we guarantee that our products will be acceptable to other countries.
