Tea Fungus Kombucha by Rosina Fasching

Rosina Fasching was the niece of the famous  kombucha medical researcher Dr Rudolf Sklenar.  Reports on Therapeutic Success and Cases from the Medical Practice and her uncles 30 years research on cancer and metabloic disturbances.  Interesting section with color photographs on Iris Diagnosis. I have found this book interesting however it is not for the first time home-brewer as they have a specific section on warning against brewing kombucha at home and instead recommend buying her uncles commerically prepared brand. Of course we carry that brand, Pronatura  "The Original Kombucha Tea".  I have found this KT a full body tea with lots of good foam typical of a European beer. This kombucha tea stands apart from the recent flood of popular "kombucha" drinks.
