Essiac Kombucha White Tea Extract 2 fluid ounce liquid Extract. We combined these famous folk remedies into a single potent formula. Recommended dosage 2 drops per 10 pounds 2 hours after supper. Up to six times a day or "tolerance level". Comes with complete directions and different suggestions for people, dogs, cats and those in recovery or terminal stages. Contents: essiac tea (Certified Organic herbs 27% Burdock: 55% Sheep Sorrel: 4 % Rhubarb: 14% Slippery Elm), kombucha mushroom extract (kombucha made from pure water, organic sugar and premium white tea and the kombucha pro-biotic). Silver Needle White Tea is a premium tea picked in spring and covered with white down. Recent Japanese studies have found white tea to offer the highest health potential of all teas. Bioactive live ferment aged at least 30 days. No Chemicals or Alcohol Added. Sugar Free. OPTIONAL alcohol as a perservative may be added.Caution and side affectsNausea and/or indigestion, generally caused by eating or drinking too soon before or after drinking the tea. Intestinal or digestive discomfort, caused principally as the body tries to eliminate toxins. This function is notably achieved by Rhubarb and Slippery Elm, both laxatives this action is reduced by the recommended second boiling of the herbs (see booklet). If the toxins cannot be released via the normal method (through the urine and stool) it may be expelled through the skin as well. Such reactions as skin rash fever and chills. These reactions are commonly referred to as a healing crisis. But may also be an allergic reaction. Some people are allergic to Elm and therefore to Slippery Elm Bark. Sheep Sorrel should be avoided if on a low oxylate diet. Be sure to drink fresh pure water with our herbal remedies. We recommend drinking 1/2 of your weight in ounces of fresh pure water daily. So if you weigh 100 pounds drink 50 ounces of fresh pure water (distilled recommended). If discomfort occurs, stop taking the tea for several days until feeling better. Then begin taking it again at half the dose you were taking an only take every other day. Gradually increase the interval and dosage to the desired levels.
CAUTION: possible side affects are stomach gurgling and / or a small reddish skin rash. If this occurs simply reduce the amount by 1/2 and allow your body to adjust. This may be a Helmix Reaction, “healing crisis”as the kombucha botanical is releasing toxins. The body normally releases toxins through the urine. In more intense times through the stool, skin and nose.A “healing crisis” is similar to the symptoms of a cold or flu and should be resolved within a few days. If not it may be an allergic reaction or signs of a serious cold or flu and something that should be considered by a local medical professional.
Kombucha acts a s a blood thinner and may lower blood pressure caution is urged for those with potential hypotension, or on blood thinners. Do not use just prior to or after surgery or while fasting.
