Cloth Cheesecloth

Our open mesh cheesecloth  mesures 12 inches x 36 inches.

Great for filtering. Simply fold over to obtain the degree of filtering. With a tight fold most of the yeasts will be filtered out but not all.

 

Of course its great for making cheese and kefir, soaking herbs and spices, loads of uses.

 

Reusable or disposable.

Run a hot iron over the cloth to home sanitize

 

Do not use cheesecloth as a cloth cover for ferments as too many microbes and bugs can get through.. Use a fine weave cotton or muslin cloth for that task.
